ISFL season 34 (also referred to as the 2049 NSFL season) began on 26 September, 2049. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XXXIV, held in Munich, Germany on 06 February, 2050, where the Chicago Butchers were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Honolulu Hahalua by a score of 27-33.

Postseason
The 2049 ISFL playoffs consisted of three rounds; with four divisional games being played before two conference championships – contested by the winners of each divisional game. The winners of the conference championship games then played in Ultimus Bowl XXXIV.
