Jackie Daytona (born October 31, 3573) is an American football quarterback for the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

"Jackie Daytona was born Lazlo Cravensworth a merchant's son in the north English town of Whitby, know for it fishing and it reputedly haunted monastery. As he grew he took great interest in his father's business but was also an excellent sportsman competing in many athletic endeavours. Laszlo was considered a very handsome man in a village affected by leprosy and plague, however one night, the vampire Nadja flew into his window and seduced him, before transforming into a hideous creature, biting him and turning him into a vampire. Laszlo Jackie came to America in the search for adventure and to avoid the suspicions in London that he was indeed Jack the Ripper at the turn of the century. He first settled in Statten Island where he made his home with is wife Nadja (a 600 yo Romani vampire) Nador (a 700 yo Ottoman vampire and Prince) and Colin Robinson (an energy vampire of unknown age).

Jackie saw his 1st super bowl in Statten Island and despite previously thinking it was a display of surperb owls he fell in love with the beautiful game of football. This love of the game and desire to play it led him to move to Pennsylvania, that and to avoid a debt related dual with Jim the Vampire.  "

College career

Once in Pennsylvania Jackie supported himself first working in a local bar that he seemed to own though no one was sure why. He was the able to join Penn State to nominally study business but mainly to follow his dream to play in the ISFL. Jackie caught the notice of the coach straight away during walk on tryouts with his unnatural strength and speed despite appearing to be an overweight man in his early 40s. Jackie was moved straight onto the squad and become the starting quarterback after all the other quarterbacks on the roster mysterious disappeared in a still unsolved missing persons case. Jackie's aforementioned unnatural strength and speed meant that he soon led the team to victories in both the years he was there. However both these titles were marred with odd occurances during the first title match the opposing team's top star disappearing the night before the game never to be seen again. In the second title game the opposing defensive line were unable to sack Jackie and as soon as they got close seemed to forget their reason for being on the pitch as if .hypnotised. While neither of there events have ever been conclusively linked back to Jackie an number of questions have been raised about this.

Professional career

DSFL career

Jackie's decision to leave Penn State and declare for the DSFL draft a year early than many people expected had nothing to do with evidence linking him to countless missing people enquires and anyone who has tried to make that claim should bring it personally up with Jackie. During the pre-team works that took place as part of the drafting process as you would expect Jackie showed great skill, with one team exclaiming it was as if he could fly at will. The interview process with the DSFL teams seem to go extremely well also, with all people present in the interview not remember very much of what was said but all declaring that they all felt unnaturally compelled to draft him. The fact that one member of the Dallas Birddogs interview staff felt so compelled to draft him that when this did take place attacked the general manger of that team with a air mac and that they had to be restrained and then taken off for further psychological evaluation is just an odd coincidence. On the night of the draft Jackie was selected in the 4th round with pick 29, while he was unhappy going low he was certainly please to play for a team that agreed to his only night and dome game demands.

The DSFL draft came along and Jackie caught many people’s eyes, his mesmerizing interviews were the talk of the DSFL and he was considered one of the hot properties. In the end it was the VERY fortunate Myrtle Beach Buccaneers that pick him up with the 27th pick of the draft which was in the 4th round, while not bad for a quarterback Jackie still believes that he should have gone first and the reason he didn’t must have been down to witches trying to steal his seed again.

Jackie sent 3 seasons in the DSFL with Myrtle Beach (later relocating to Bondi Beach). In those 3 seasons he had a wonderful time. Season 24 was a learning experience where he first had to establish himself as the first chose quarterback of the team and then spent the rest of the season growing and developing his amazing talents which culminated in him winning Offensive Performance of the Year. Season 25 was Jackie's time to shine has he and the Beach dominated the league with an 11 win season only to fall to a disappointing loss in the playoffs. It wasn't all bad however as Jackie's amazing play lead him to win a huge haul of awards including MVP, QBotY and a second OPotY. Season 26 was a solid season for Jackie but not one he won many awards in, however it was different in the playoffs this time as he lead the Beach to win the Ultimini.

ISFL career

Jackie was locked in quite early to going to one single team in the ISFL draft, while GMs of other teams aren't quite sure how or why they chose not to take the amazing quarterback all can agree that after sitting down with him there next memory was simply crossing him off their draft board. As so as Jackie planned he was picked up by the Austin Copperheads with their 25th pick in the 2nd round and all involved were very happy with this being the case.

Jackie's first season (season 27) as a Copperhead was not the best one, he was on a young developing team that was in all honesty much to young and developing and so only managed 3 wins in total which was a little disappointing for all involved, it was also his worst ever season as a Quarterback so at the very least he got that out the way early. Season 28 however was a marked increase for everyone, Jackie was on good form all season helping lead Austin into the playoffs. When there Austin put on a hell of a run getting all the way to the Ultimus finally only to lose out to their traditional Ultimus foe the Yellowknife Wraiths. While this might have appeared to be the start of something good it would be the first and last time Jackie was in this final. High off the previous seasons Ultimus season 29 was meant to be a good one for Austin and Jackie however while Jackie continue to perform at a decent level Austin lost a huge number of very close games with freak occurrences happening all over the place and some how only won 5 games, needless to say after that display head rolled and a bunch of coaches were changed after a number of them disappeared. The missing coaches were last seen arguing with Jackie in the dressing room late at night but they have never been seen again and it is still a pending investigation. Season 30 was a very good one for Austin as they powered to 11 wins. For Jackie however it was not his best and in fact was not to much different in stats from the previous one, it was largely because it took most of the season for the new coaching staff to pluck up the courage to talk to him after the rumours about their predecessors but with a good win rate largely due to a fantastic defence Austin still lost out in the wildcard. Season 31 was even better, in fact it was the most winningest season in the history of Austin and remains so to this day with 12 wins and a number 1 seed all locked up but sadly they crashed out in the playoffs. Jackie was performing well as well and while he was yet again snubbed for awards his stats that season were easy on the eyes. Season 32 was again a good Austin season with their third double didget season in a row. Again Jackie played well however he was a little let down by his personal record high 16 picks that he threw. The post season saw more pain and another wildcard loss. Season 33 for Austin was an interesting one with them losing in the wildcard but making it there despite an 8 and 8 record. For Jackie it was his very best, 40 touchdowns and only 8 picks was superb and should have swept the awards. Unfortunately there was a voting scandal and he sadly missed out, funnily the awards committee also went missing never to be seen again, it is funny how that has been such a recurring theme with Jackie. Season 34 was his last and one where he was part of a historic 2 QB system with his young friend Eighty-Two. Funnily this season saw him have one of the highest QB ratings in league history. Austin however just missed out on the playoffs as there team started to show its age.

Jackie retired at the end of season 34 and has not been seen since, no one has any clue where he might be but if you are reading this and have seen him, he is wanted for questioning by the FBI due to the extremely largely number of missing persons' cases that seem to be linked to him.
