The 2057 NFL Draft was the 42nd annual meeting of International Simulation Football League (ISFL) franchises to select newly eligible players for the 2057 ISFL season. In order to be eligible to enter the draft, players had to be at least three years removed from high school. The deadline for underclassmen to declare for the draft was January 31, 2057. The first overall pick was Dino Nuggets, a Cornerback out of Tijuana Luchadores.

- Berlin → San Jose: Berlin receives Pick 19 (via New York) and SJS S43 R1 from San Jose in exchange for Pick 8 (via Chicago) and Pick 30 (via Berlin)

- Orange County → Sarasota: Orange County receives Pick 20 (via San Jose) from Sarasota in exchange for OCO S43 R1
