'ISFL season 24 (also referred to as the 2039 NSFL season) began on 02 October, 2039. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XXIV on 12 February, 2040, where the San Jose Sabercats were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Colorado Yeti by a score of 17-12.

The league year began in March of 2039, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2038 ISFL season.
