Deondre Thomas-Fox (born June 12, 2010) is an American football wide receiver for the San Jose Sabercats of the National Simulation Football League (NSFL).

Early years

Deondre Thomas-Fox was born to Helen Fox and Markus Thomas in Atlanta, GA on December 6th, 2010. He was the second oldest of 3 children with brothers George (the oldest) and Damond (the youngest). Thomas-Fox went to elementary, middle, and high school all in Atlanta and spent most of his young life in and around the big metropolitan area of Central Georgia. Deondre grew up following sports at a young age and found himself attracted to the idea of playing football at a young age. He played basketball and football mainly as a child but found himself excelling on the football field as he was stronger than faster than a lot of the other kids in and around him. Fox played as both running back and quarterback in youth leagues and excelled on and off the field and would go on to play in middle school and high school and was granted a starting running back job in high school as a freshman. As Thomas-Fox grew, he played multiple positions including running back, wide receiver, and quarterback throughout his high school career but played only quarterback in his senior season and last half of his junior season when he led his school to two straight state championship games.

Deondre Thomas-Fox stayed in the city of Atlanta and played his collegiate ball for Georgia Tech after receiving recruiting offers from many schools including the University of Georgia in Athens, GA as well. Professional career

DSFL career

Deondre Thomas-Fox was a waiver pickup for the Portland Pythons and received limited playing time in Season 17. In the Season 18 DSFL draft, the Palm Beach Solar Bears selected Thomas-Fox to be there QB in the 2nd round at 11th overall. Thomas-Fox had mixed result as the team went with a pass heavy attack so coming from an option offense to having to throw often was a big change for Deondre.
