The 2043 ISFL Season was the 28th season of the International Simulation Football League and the New York Silverbacks' fourth season in the league.

The season began on 27 September 2043 with the New York Silverbacks beating the Orange County Otters 16-24 at the Concrete Jungle.

The season concluded with the New York Silverbacks losing to the Austin Copperheads 21-18 in the ASFC Quarterfinal.
