'ISFL season 21 (also referred to as the 2036 NSFL season) began on 28 September, 2036. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XXI on 25 January, 2037, where the New Orleans Second Line were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Yellowknife Wraiths by a score of 13-33.

Player movements

The league year began in March of 2036, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2035 ISFL season.
