DSFL Season 25 (also referred to as the 2040 DSFL season) began on 30 September, 2040. The season concluded with Ultimini XXIII on 10 February, 2041, where the Tijuana Luchadores were crowned DSFL champions after defeating the London Royals by a score of 42-16.

The 2040 DSFL Draft was held on 15 April, 2040. The Minnesota Grey Ducks selected Quarterback Ryan Negs with the first overall pick.
