DSFL Season 44 (also referred to as the 2059 DSFL season) began on 28 September, 2059. The season concluded with Ultimini XLII on 08 February, 2060, where the Tijuana Luchadores were crowned DSFL champions after defeating the Portland Pythons by a score of 37-20.

The 2059 DSFL Draft was held on 13 April, 2059. The Minnesota Grey Ducks selected Running Back Willie Swaggert with the first overall pick.
