The Baltimore Hawks Wing of Honor is a display encircling the field of The Aviary in Baltimore, Maryland, honoring former players and personnel who have made outstanding contributions to the Baltimore Hawks football organization. The Wing of Honor began in 2025 (S10), with the induction of Antoine Delacour, who had announced he would be retiring at the end of that season. Delacour was inducted prior to kickoff of the Hawks' week twelve game against the San Jose Sabercats.
The Wing of Honor is particularly important for the Hawks, as the organization does not approve the retiring of jersey numbers. This means induction to the Wing of Honor is the highest accolade the Hawks can bestow upon their players and personnel.
