ISFL season 49 (also referred to as the 2064 ISFL season) began on 28 September, 2064.
The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XLIX, held in wp:Grand Rapids, Michigan on 08 February, 2065, where the New Orleans Second Line were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Baltimore Hawks by a score of 20-27.

The league year began in March of 2064, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2063 ISFL season.

The 2064 ISFL Draft was held on 13 April, 2064. The Colorado Yeti selected Wide Receiver Alexander Rockstone with the first overall pick.

Postseason
The 2064 ISFL playoffs consisted of three rounds; with four divisional games being played before two conference championships – contested by the winners of each divisional game. The winners of the conference championship games then played in Ultimus Bowl XLIX.
