ISFL coaching career
Honolulu Hahalua
Frost was hired as the next head coach of the Honolulu Hahalua following their Ultimus run in 2050 (S35). This was the same year his son, Lane Frost II, was signed by them. He was fired after only one season.
Frost would lead Honolulu to a 11–5 record and a conference championship appearance after winning the division in the regular season. Honolulu would go on to win the Ultimus Bowl against the Sarasota Sailfish.
Frost would leave Honolulu after his son Lane would retire from the ISFL and join the CFL. Aiden Frost, his third son, would join the Dallas Birddogs and Frost followed suit.
