Early years

Xavier Clayton Jones Frost was born in Salem, New Jersey, on April 10, 2021, as the youngest of five children to Lane Frost and Kimberly Frost. Xavier's father, Lane, was always away while being the head coach at many college programs and professional teams. Frost's brothers, Lane Frost II, Kellan Frost, Ryder Frost, and Aiden Frost all played football. Lane II played football for the Minnesota Grey Ducks and Honolulu Hahalua. Kellan played for the Norfolk Seawolves and --. Ryder was tragically killed in a car crash in 2048. Aiden played for the Dallas Birddogs for two seasons. Frost attended Salem High School. As a senior, he returned 5 kicks and 5 punts for touchdowns and ran for 10 touchdowns.

On November 2, 2051, Frost committed to the University of Notre Dame on an athletic scholarship to play college football. Frost would sign an NIL deal with Nike on December 12, 2051.

College career

Notre Dame would go on to beat number 2 ranked, Georgia. On September 21, Frost returned a punt for 60 yards for a touchdown against Alabama. Notre Dame would upset Nick Saban and take down their number two-ranked team. Frost was awarded second-team All-ACC and Conference Rookie of the Year.

Sophomore season

On October 3, Frost had 4 touchdowns against Army. He rushed for a 4-yard and 6-yard score and he caught a 60-yard touchdown and a 12-yard touchdown pass. Frost also totaled 203 receiving yards and 54 rushing yards. On November 21, Frost passed the century mark for receptions with 101 after he caught 5 passes for 98 yards against the Marshall Thundering Herd. Frost won the Paul Hornung Award and the Jet Award. The Atlantic Coast Conference awarded Frost the conference Player of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year, and Male Athlete of the Year. He was also voted as a first-team All-American as a wide receiver and returner. On January 3, 2055, Frost decided he would forgo his final year of eligibility and enter the 2055 DSFL Draft.
