ISFL season 13 (also referred to as the 2028 NSFL season) began on 01 October, 2028. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XIII on 28 January, 2029, where the Orange County Otters were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Colorado Yeti by a score of 21-24.
