Early years
Victor Moreno was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco but moved to Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 3. Being forced to move at such a young age had it's upside for Moreno, he quickly adapted to the language and culture that the US had to offer, that including the sport he will eventually fall in love with (Football). He attended Chandler High School where coach Rick Garretson took the decision to switch him from wide receiver to cornerback thanks to lack in defensive backs depth. He would become a very promising cornerback.
College career
Victor Moreno recieved many athletic scholarships including from University of Southern California, USC after Moreno's rejection stated "Such a shame. He (Moreno) could've been the next Polamalu". He stayed home to committ and play for Arizona State University (ASU) where he made a name for himself after three notable seasons and going on to win the Paycom Jim Thorpe Award for outstanding defesnive back. On his junior year he set a new record for the team, racking up 20 career interceptions in only three years, later that year he announced he will be going eligible for the 2034 DSFL draft.
