DSFL Season 12 (also referred to as the 2027 DSFL season) began on 26 September, 2027. The season concluded with Ultimini X on 23 January, 2028, where the Kansas City Coyotes were crowned DSFL champions after defeating the San Antonio Marshals by a score of 37-7.

Draft
The 2027 DSFL Draft was held on 11 April, 2027. The Kansas City Coyotes selected Cornerback Johnny Snuggles with the first overall pick.
