ISFL season 4 (also referred to as the 2019 NSFL season) began on 29 September, 2019. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl IV on 26 January, 2020, where the Orange County Otters were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Yellowknife Wraiths by a score of 23-30.

Player movements

The league year began in March of 2019, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2018 ISFL season.

Draft

The 2019 ISFL Draft was held on 14 April, 2019. The Arizona Outlaws selected Linebacker Noah Goodson with the first overall pick.

Preseason

Training camps for the 2019 season started on 04 August, 2019 league-wide, with the first preseason game being held on 01 September, 2019.

Regular season
