Tua TurnDaBallOva (born March 2, 2034) is an American football quarterback for the Minnesota Grey Ducks of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

Tua TurnDaBallOva was born in Hawaii to Galu and Diane TurnDaBallOva he is the oldest of four children born. Tua was born with an innate passion for football. From the moment he could walk, he had a fascination with the game. Being born into a Samoan family means he was raised with a close-knit family. His parents were both avid football fans, and his competitive drive and spirit was seen from the beginning. The family would often organize family games at the local park, where Tua's natural abilities began to shine. From those early years, it was clear to everyone that Tua was destined to play football at a higher level. Growing up in a small island community, the opportunities to showcase his skills were limited. As we know now, his drive and love for the game fueled him to excel despite the odds. Countless hours went into honing his craft, practicing throws, footwork, and studying the game in any way he could. His dream was the ISFL and now we watch the rest of the story unfold.

College career

With his sights set on achieving greatness, Tua accepted a scholarship to play for Alabama on the mainland. Leaving behind his beloved Hawaii was bittersweet, but this was the path he needed to take to fulfill his dreams. Tua TurnDaBallOva's college years were marked by ups and downs, but his undeniable talent and leadership skills led his team to a national championship victory. Some highlights from his college career include, a game in his sophomore year against Arkansas that saw him go 10-of-13 for 334 passing yards and four passing touchdowns in the 65–31 victory. His sophomore year also saw him finish second in the Heisman Trophy voting but he won the Walter Camp Award and Maxwell Award. Next up in his junior year tragedy struck. In what would be his final game as a member of the Crimson Tide before leaving the game after a sack that saw his knee driven into the ground, causing his hip to dislocate and fracturing the posterior wall, as well as suffering a broken nose and concussion. He was carted off the field and flown to a Birmingham hospital before undergoing surgery in Houston two days later. In January, TurnDaBallOva announced that he would forgo his senior year and enter the S43 DSFL Draft.

Professional career

Season 43 and Tua TurnDaBallOva’s first full DSFL season was one of many ups and downs. The first two weeks of the season saw Tua throw for an impressive 530 yards and 3 touchdowns, unfortunately, this also included 4 interceptions, which would prove to be a battle Tua would fight through the whole season. The third and fourth weeks of the season we saw a trend that would continue, what we are calling the Jamies Winston arc, Tua proceeded to throw for 583 yards while only throwing 1 touchdown and 4 interceptions. The following three weeks saw a slight improvement, throwing for a whopping 913 yards in those 3 weeks with 7 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. The Ducks were still holding out hope for a playoff push at this point. But it just wouldn’t come to light. Over the next 6 games, they would go on to a 1-6 record, finishing the season at 4-10. Tua gained some confidence towards the end, but the offense just wasn’t enough to overcome the more experienced teams this season.

Season 44 was Tua TurnDaBallOva's second full DSFL season and one that he can look back on for some individual improvement. However, the first week was not one to write home about as Tua only threw for 69 yards on 9/19 for 0TDs and 0Ints. Weeks 2 and 3 really start to get us questioning if Tua really has a grasp on not turning the ball over, we saw in his first DSFL season he threw for 17Ints, and these 2 weeks he threw for 543 yards ONLY 1TD and a whopping 5Ints, these two weeks would count for over half of Tuas INTs for the whole season. The next three weeks Tua really started to show great improvement, between weeks 4, 5, and 6 he would throw for 855 yards, 5TDs, and only 1Int. Unfortunately, the Duck's defense couldn't keep opponents out of the endzones and they started the season 1-5. Tua continued to protect the ball for weeks 7, 8, and 9 throwing for 784 yards and 4TDs with only 1Int, while the Ducks could only muster 1 win during these weeks. The Ducks would get a bit hot over the next 3 weeks squeezing out 2 wins while Tua threw for 683 yards with 4Tds and 2Ints. In the final two weeks of the season, we would see Tua throw for 362 yards with 4 TDs and NO Ints. Tua would show that he made a big jump in decision making only throwing 9Ints, way down from last season's 17. Unfortunately, the ducks would finish the season 5-9 and out of the playoffs. We expect to see Tua back with Minnesota for one more season and hope for a playoff push before he is called up to Berlin.
