Rockbot Rockbo (born November 5, 2029) is an American football wide receiver for the Minnesota Grey Ducks of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

Rockbo was born in Philadelphia, PA to Mr. Rockbo and Mrs. Rocbo. As a child, Rockbo was a man of many talents, including:

- At age 3, Rockbo became fluent in Braille. - At age 5, Rockbo won a game of Connect 4 in three moves. - At age 6, Rockbo killed two stones with one bird. - At age 7, a cobra bit Rockbo in the leg. After five days of excruciating pain, the cobra died. - At age 10, Rockbo successfully performed a wheelie on a unicycle. - At age 12, Rockbo ordered a steak at a restaurant. The steak did what it was told.

Rockbo was one of the most saught after Wide Receiver prospects in Pennsylvania, due to his many talents. He also played football occasionally. After carefully considering many options, Rockbo committed to Penn State during his senior year on a football scholarship. At his high school, he was said to have played all 11 offensive positions at one time.

College career

Rockbo was redshirted his freshman year, in order to learn how not to play all 11 positions at the same time. His redshirted sophomore year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to some sources, COVID-19 was looking to get immunized against Rockbo. However that plan did not work out. COVID was exposed to Rockbot Rockbo and now COVID is in quarantine for one month.

For his redshirted sophomore year, Rockbot began the year playing Tight End. In his first game, he had 6 catches for 54 yards. He scored his first touchdown in a 27-24 win against Iowa, on a three yard end around play, where he was untouched. Halfway though the season, he switched from Tight End to Wide Receiver, given his slightly undersized frame. He struggled throughout the year getting on solid footing.

After having a full offseason to prepare, Rockbo found success as a Possession Slot Reciever during his redshirt junior year. He had 91 catches for 1215 yards and 13 touchdowns. His successes made him the Heisman runner-up.

DSFL

2049 (Season 34)

Rockbo joined the Bondi Beach Buccanneers on waivers for the final two games of the S34 Season. Rockbo was inactive for the first twelve games of the season before making his debut against the Tijuana Luchadores. His first completion came on a 9 yard completion from Bageshwari Singh in the first quarter. He completed the game with 2 catches for 16 yards in a 22-14 Win. On the final game of the season, Rockbo hauled 6 catches for 49 yards in a 33-23 loss to the Minnesota Grey Ducks. Rockbo also lost a fumble and was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct during the game.

Rockbo spent most of the season inactive, prioritizing graduate school courses over playing football. Due to Rockbo’s performance in the games he played, Rockbo was projected to be a late round DSFL draft pick. He had scouting conversations with Minnesota, Bondi Beach, Portland, and Kansas City before the draft.

2050 (Season 35)

Rockbo was drafted with the 79th overall pick, in the 10th Round, of the 2050 DSFL Draft by the Minnesota Grey Ducks. Rockbo was the 11th Wide Receiver taken.

Rockbo started the season 4th in the depth charts behind Lane Frost, Calvin Spiff, and Sinichi Kudo. Rockbo failed to record a catch during his season debut versus the Portland Pythons in a 27-25 loss. His first pass came against the London Royals by Owen Farrell for 9 yards in a 24-17 loss. Rockbo did not score his first Touchdown of the season until Week 11 against the Dallas Birddogs, where he scored on a 91 yard play in a 59-44 loss. That play was the longest Touchdown reception of the year in the DSFL and the longest reception in franchise history. Rockbo completed the game with 137 yards on 3 receptions for 2 Touchdowns. He finished the season with 42 catches for 622 yards and 4 touchdowns.

During the season, Rockbo decided to focus on solely improving his speed. His speed went from 55 before the season to 90 just before the ISFL draft.

2051 (Season 36)

Rockbo was drafted with the 55th overall pick in the 4th round of the S36 (2051) ISFL Draft by the New Orleans Second Line. He was sent down to the DSFL for season 36. His strategy of solely improving on speed last season made Rockbo one of the fastest receivers in the DSFL that season which provided a lethal 1-2 punch with fellow Wide Receiver Calvin Spiff. Prior to the season, Rockbo was named offensive captain of the Minnesota Grey Ducks.

Rockbot Rockbo had a breakout season, finishing 6th in the league in receiving yards. His fellow WR Calvin Spiff finished 1st in the league in receiving yards, helping to make the Grey Duck offense the second most lethal passing attack in the DSFL. The Grey Ducks started 4-3, but lost 5 straight games and finished with a 6-8 record. They missed playoffs by 2 games. After the season, Rockbot Rockbo was sent down to the DSFL for another season, and is projected to be one of the most electrifying Wide Receivers in S37.

2052 (Season 37)

In Rockbo's final season in the DSFL, he was the breakout player of the year due to his first season as the Grey Ducks primary receiver. Rockbo had season highs in receiving yards, yards per catch, and Touchdowns as Rockbo and the Grey Ducks won the DSFL North Division with a 10-4 record. The Grey Ducks lost in the conference Championship game to the Portland Pythons. Rockbo also featured on the special teams side, having 485 kick return yards, a 21.9 kick return average, 287 punt return yards, an 8.2 punt return average, and a 54 yard punt return long. Rockbo also had a season-low in dropped passes with 5. Rockbo finished 2nd in receiving yards, 6th in catches, T-5th in Touchdowns, and was 1st by a long margin in yards per catch.

Next season in the ISFL, Rockbo projects to be either the number 3 or 4 Wide Receiver in New Orleans, behind Squidward Tentacles, Ttollem Mada, and Don Dobbler. Rockbo was said to be excited to be catching passes from up-and-coming ISFL star Elessar Jones.

ISFL

2053 (Season 38)

Rockbo had a shaky debut ISFL season. Rockbo started the first ten weeks of the season without a Touchdown. However, in a Week 11 match against the Arizona Outlaws, Rockbo found the end zone twice including a 64 yard haul. In a Week 15 match against the New York Silverbacks, Rockbo hauled in a season high 8 catches. In a Week 16 duel against the San Jose Sabercats, Rockbo went for 91 yards. Rockbo didn’t reach 100 yards once in the S38 season, but in an interview, Rockbo said that his time would come to break out and be a star in the league. Rockbo is slated to be the WR1 for the New Orleans Second Line for the upcoming season, which provides him with more opportunities to get 100 yard games and find the endzone more than twice in a season. He is hopeful about his statistics and progress about his upcoming season.
