DSFL Season 13 (also referred to as the 2028 DSFL season) began on 01 October, 2028. The season concluded with Ultimini XI on 28 January, 2029, where the Tijuana Luchadores were crowned DSFL champions after defeating the Kansas City Coyotes by a score of 30-27.

Draft
The 2028 DSFL Draft was held on 16 April, 2028. The Portland Pythons selected Tight End Stan Francisco with the first overall pick.
