The SFC Championship Game is the annual American football game that determines the champion of the Simulation Football Conference (SFC). The contest is held in the city of the home team, which is determined by the Regular Season Record. The top team in SFC receives the home-field advantage.

The Norfolk Seawolves appeared in the first two SFC championship games. The New Orleans Second Line (5–2) have five wins and The Arizona Outlaws (4–5) have 4 wins, the San Jose Sabercats (2–3) have two ASFC Championship wins. The Austin Copperheads (1-0) have won their single appearance. Both Orange County (from 2019 to 2022) and New Orleans Second Line (from 2023 to 2026) hold the record with 4 consecutive championships.
