Amari Lane Frost Sr. (born January 1, 1999) is an American football coach who is the head coach for the Honolulu Hahalua of the International Simulation Football League (ISFL). He took over as interim head coach after week 7 of the Kansas City Coyotes, due to head coach French Fries coming down with an internal illness that would leave him in the hospital for 4 months and he later announced his retirement.

Coaching career
College
After graduating from Ohio State, Frost was hired as a offensive cordinator of the school's coaching staff. He spent the next seven years at the university, includes their national title runs in 2037, 2039, and 2040. He was the youngest coach to coach at Ohio State.
Kansas City Coyotes
After his great stint in college, Frost decided to leave Ohio State in hopes of getting a coaching job that payed more. He was hired as the offensive cordinator of the Kansas City Coyotes in 2043. He would spend the next five years as the role of offensive cordinator, before being put into the interim head coaching spot in 2048 after coach Fries had an emergency heart failure midway through the season, ending his career as a head coach. Frost would then spend three seasons as the head coach of Kansas City before being fired after their loss in the Ultimini in 2050.
Honolulu Hahalua
Frost was hired as the next head coach of the Honolulu Hahalua following their Ultimus run in 2050 (S35). This was the same year his son, Lane Frost II, was signed by them.
