Bucky Barnes (born January 10, 2000) is an American football safety for the Arizona Outlaws of the National Simulation Football League (NSFL). He played college football for Penn State (PSU) before being selected by the Arizona Outlaws in the 2024 ISFL Draft (S9). Prior to this, he had been selected by the San Antonio Marshals in the 2023 DSFL Draft (S8).

Bucky Barnes was born in Brooklyn, New York to parents George and Winifred. He got a job as a ball/water boy for the Lincoln High School team at the age of 14. There, he eventually got friendly enough with the coaches and other players, in addition to packing on some muscle, that they offered him a scholarship. He would go on to start on the defense from his sophomore year until he graduated.
College career
After becoming one of the best defensive prospects in the country in high school, Barnes would accept a scholarship to play in the Big 10 for Penn State University. His freshman year he played only a handful of snaps as he sat behind established safety Malik Golden. He would win a starting job his sophomore year which he held for 2 seasons before leaving after his junior year to enter into the DSFL Draft.
