Zavier Perkins (born January 2, 2030) was an American football linebacker for the Bondi Beach Buccaneers. He played college football for LSU (LSU). Zavier was drafted 5th overall by the Bondi Beach Buccaneers.
Early years
"Zavier was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to his parents Mia and Drew. Born into such an athletic family, his mother played professional volleyball and his father played professional football. After retirement they both farmed the Louisiana soil helping to feed their 5 kids. Zavier fell in love with football at a very young age and there was no stopping his passion and love for the sport. Through his love of football, he was able to play on the largest of collegiate stages and till holds that true to his heart daily. Recently, Zavier was drafted by the Bondi Beach Buccaneers of the DSFL where he is set to start his professional career in the coming days. Zavier has been training hard for this day to come and he knows he will not disappoint while he fights for his draft stock in the ISFL. "
College career
As a freshman, Zavier was brought onto the offensive side of the ball as he was recruited out of New Orleans as a WR. His blend of height, hands and speed made him an absolute threat in the passing game and could not be stopped. Through his first two seasons, Zavier amassed 1,785 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns. During the summer leading into his junior season, Zavier's strength coach put 25lbs of muscle onto his core hoping transition to tight end. When arriving to summer camp, his head coach immediately noticed his size and speed and the rest was history. For the finals two seasons in Death Valley, Zavier was by far the top LB in the nation. Through two seasons, Zavier was able to compile 563 tackles, 56 pass breakups and 56 sacks, breaking all of the previous collegiate career records in only two seasons.
