William Strong (born August 19, 2042) is an American football cornerback who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for South Dakota State University (SDSU) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

William was born to unknown parents in 2042. He was then adopted by his two moms, Jackie and Margaret Strong. Margaret is a high school physics teacher and Jackie ran a very successful lemonade stand. Even though his mother's business made them billionaire's, William credits his upbringing in that nothing was ever given to him and he developed a strong work ethic. In High School, William was a standout in baseball and football, as well as a world ranked chess player. He gained worldwide recognition for his defeat of the top women's chess player, the well known Russian master Viktoriya Pushkina in a grueling 2 hour bout. He retired from the game with an undefeated international record to focus more of his time on football and baseball, where he was a 8 time letter winner, and all-state athlete in both sports his senior year. He recieved multiple scholarship offers to play collegiate baseball or football, but chose South Dakota State since they were the only school with a jackrabbit mascot, and jackrabbits are his spirit animal. He later stated a jackrabbit visited him in a dream and told him that if he played college in South Dakota, he would eventually be drafted into the DSFL and later ISFL.

College career

William attended South Dakota State and majored in Physics, stating he was inspired by his mother Maggie. He would graduate in 3 and a half years, one semester early, with a 4.0 GPA, summa cum laude, with honors. If he didn't play football, William was planning on working with NASA. William's freshman year he was a two way athlete, playing both baseball and football. He gave up baseball after one year to focus on football where he felt he had a better path to become a professional. In football, William was a three year starter for South Dakota State Jackrabbits, leading them to 3 straight playoff births, including a championship in his final season. His freshman year he was the number 2 corner, and led his team in pass break ups. His sophomore and junior year, he was the number 1 corner, and was rarely targeted but still led the team in interceptions. He was voted both All-American as well as Acedemic All-American as a junior and declared for the draft after leading his team to a national championship.
