Eli Prince (born August 7, 2033) is an American football wide receiver who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for Penn State (PSU) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Eli Prince comes from the lineage of rugby players who have transitioned to Gridiron. Eli played rugby before being scouted at a young age to go and try their hand at American Football. Eli first attended high school at Auckland Grammar and intended on going to the University of Auckland (UoA) to continue playing rugby before a scout from Penn State University attended the local rugby high school finals and saw potential in a young, fast, agile and gritty winger. Eli ended his final high school rugby match with 3 try's and showed his potential to cut up defences and create space when it doesn't exist. Eli always enjoyed watching American Football and was more than excited to take a scholarship at a school that has a long lineage of great offensive prowess. His favourite players growing up was Ghris Codwin and Dahan Jotson who both attended Penn State ?University when his father was there.

College career

Eli Prince attended Penn State University between the years 2052 through to 2054. He has a history with the university as his father, Doug Prince, attended and played Division 1 basketball in 2033 through to 2036 so it comes to no surprise that Eli would be attracted to attend the same university. He settled in fairly easily and had to make some adjustments to the daily living activities and cultural differences he hadn't experienced in New Zealand. He slowly worked his way up the depth chart before finally starting as the clear Wide Receiver One. In his final year with Penn State he finished the year with 1,223 yards from 112 receptions and scored 14 touchdowns. He also made records as the youngest receiver to eclipse 1,000 yards for Penn State before declaring for the DSFL draft. One of his key takeaways from his time at Penn State was "If you gonna piss like a puppy, stay on the porch and let the big dogs eat."

2054 Tijuana Luchadores Rookie Year Season 39

Eli Prince had a phenomenal year as a rookie. Boasting a loud and proud 1,176 yards on 81 catches, he became a reliable receiver for his quarterback G. Ram Say. Since his transition from Rugby to American Football he has maintained his athleticism and continues to grow within the sport and hopes to achieve record-breaking statistics as a rookie in the ISFL. He is continually grinding to provide for his team in the DSFL, Tijuana Luchadores and by the time he reaches the ISFL he hopes he can be a key component to their success. He displayed a great game in Week 8 against the Dallas Birddogs with 6 catches for 138 yards and two touchdowns. He has shown he can be a yards-after-catch monster and be a staple to the Tijuana offence. Depending on where he goes in the ISFL Draft will determine a lot about his future within both leagues and how he can provide utility to any of the potential teams.

2055 Tijuana Luchadores Season 40

Eli Prince came into his second season in the DSFL with high hopes and expectations, as a self indulged, stat-padding perspective, he did not live up to his previous years performance however he assisted overall making sure the team began to gel more as a team and took himself away from demanding the ball in most if not all scenarios. His longest reception of 81 yards was only a taste of what is to come for the talented receiver in his coming years and he is already establishing himself as one of the greatest to ever do it in Tijuana let alone the DSFL. For Eli, this season was less about what the team could do for him and more so what he could do for his team. He had an even share of targets across his team. With hard work and determination Eli and the Tijuana Luchadores are strongly pursuing a season 41 Ultimini appearance.

2056 Tijuana Luchadores Season 41

Eli Prince came into his third season with the Tijuana Luchadores with a refreshed sense of belonging, his need to make the flashy plays or create absurd stat lines was no longer relevant, he realised the team he was competing with was one that could go all the way and he could contribute to another Ultimini. Although his personal achievements didn't greatly exceed the same heights as his previous year, he contributed to the team's overall success and assisted in pushing for a playoff spot in the Season 41 Ultimini. As Tijuana proceeded through the playoffs, Prince became a useful target for his quarterback Lloyd Bannings, Targetting him a total of 22 times through both games and going for a 162 yards and a touchdown. Tijuana would go on to win the DSFL with a close overtime win against the Coyotes, bringing in their 10th title. This is now Eli's first title win in the league with his eyes set on many more in the future.
