Dr. Livesey (born March 16, 2032) is an American football wide receiver for the Dallas Birddogs of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

Dr. Livesey was born to Ellen and Michael Livesey in a dirty little shack on the London waterfront. From a young age he was a gifted scholar, writing his first dissertation at the age of four where he manged to prove that TheCC is magnetically attracted to trees. His parents didn't have money to send him to fancy places for school so Livesey would run around with his friends and throw this item an American sailor gave them called a "football." At Treasure Island Tech, the local public school in town, Livesey would accidentally join the football team and would prove to be a surehanded wide receiver despite his inability to read a playbook or understand rules. After finishing high school he wasn't recruited by any respectable schools to play football, so he went on a scholarship to Pirate University where he would feature heavily in both newly hired Blind Pew's offense as well as the school's local raids on the British merchant vessels nearby.

College career

Starting immediately for the Pirate University Pirates, Livesey would immediately stand out with his ability to suck in balls and never fumble. Some might say this game through controversial means as head coach Blind Pew threatened to keelhaul any player who fumbled but the tactic worked. Playing in the animated character league, the Pirates would take down the Other Pirates in the Pirate Bowl by a score of 35-21. Livesey would finish the year with every reception as he was the only wide receiver on the team, but somehow finished without a touchdown as the quarterback lost his throwing arm before week one when a raid on the British merchant fleets got intercepted by the Navy. A sophomore year season was delayed for Livesey when he was wounded by cannon fire from King George III, but combined with the team getting a second receiver in Ben Gunn, the team would have an undefeated 3-0 season and win another Pirate Bowl over the Other Pirates with Livesey picking up 222 receptions and yet again, zero touchdowns. Fearing for his health, Livesey stopped raiding merchant convoys and got his doctorate in "Pirate" and declared himself eligible for the ISFL.

DSFL career

Picked up on waivers by the Dallas Birddogs, Livesey would have an immediate impact on the offense for the Birddogs, finishing the season with 10 receptions for 152 yards and two touchdowns to boot. Unfortunately, he would have the first two drops of his career this season, which he attributed to a bad mental health day after finding out former head coach Blind Pew was arrested by the British Royal Navy for piracy. Following the season, he would enter in the DSFL draft to see where he would wind up.
