Cameron Adam Olsen (born May 7, 2006) is an American football tight end for the San Jose Sabercats of the National Simulation Football League. He played college football for East Carolina University (ECU) before going at pick number 11 in the 2030 ISFL Draft (S15).

Early years

Cameron Olsen was born in Raleigh, North Carolina in 2006 to Sherry and Adam Olsen. He attended Middle Way High School where he played baseball and football for the Raiders. For the Raiders baseball team, he started at 3rd base for 3 of his 4 years. He posted a batting average of .403 during his final season with the team. He also played football for the Raiders, where he played multiple positions over the 4 years he was on the varsity team. During his freshman and sophomore years, he rotated between Defensive End and Linebacker. At the beginning of his junior year he transitioned to playing Tight End when the Raiders starting Tight End suffered a season ending injury. He finished his junior and senior year playing Tight End posting a total of 161 catches for 2112 yards setting a new Yards Per Catch record for Tight Ends in North Carolina High School Football. He graduated from Middle Way High School in 2024 with a GPA of 3.78 and multiple scholarship offers universities with prominent football programs.

College career

Olsen accepted a football scholarship to East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina in 2024 after graduating. As a true freshman, he did not see much playing time as a Tight End, but was still able to accumulate 37 catches for 481 yards keeping his pace for high Yards Per Carry from his time at Middle Way High School. After the impact he made with the little playing time he saw, Olsen was given the starting TE job at the beginning of the 2025 season and posted a school recieving yard record of 1183 yards on 87 catches. In the 2026 season, he continued his role as starting Tight End and ended with 1024 yards on 82 catches from Junior Quarterback Baker Newton. In his final season before declaring for the NSFL draft, Olsen finished on a strong note of 1237 yards on 94 catches and helping the East Carolina University Pirates solidify themselves as a strong contender in the AAC.
