Branden Rojas (born April 4, 2032) is an American football wide receiver for the Minnesota Grey Ducks of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

Branden was born in New Mexico to his mother and father who were also athletic but nowhere near as gifted as he would turn out to be. From a young age, Branden had always shown an intrest in sports. Always asking for new equipment and gear every year for all the holidays and every birthday. He made it a popint himself to be the best he could be at anything he tried. Not everything worked out that way so he stuck to football. He has been playing football since age 5 starting at flag football and moving up the levels to eventually becoming a 4 year varsity starter at his high school. His success in high school would ultimately be what got him to the ISFL, leading his high schoool team to 3 consecutive state championships, and breaking school records in receptions, recieving yards, and receiving touchdowns in both his junior year and senioor year (breaking his own record).

College career

Branden was a top recruit for Texas Tech right out of high school as they found themselves short handed at the reciever position juist in time to attract him to be the WR1 as a true freshman. He went on to start 4 years at Texas Tech again finding much success in the position. As a freshman, Branden made the all american team and broke the freshman record for recieving yards and touchdowns at his school. He went on to continue this trend in his sophomore year. His junior year is when things got serious, breaking out as one of the best pass catchers in the nation and living in the spotlight most of thh season. When it came tim ewto go pro, there was no question he would find a team to allow him to continue the same success he found in the sport at the highest level. This is where we find him now, in the DSFL.

Professional career

Season 38 (DSFL)

Branden played his first DSFL season during Season 38. He had great success with the Minnesota Grey Ducks as he was second in the league on the leaderboard for receiving yards, ending the season with 1,224 yards on 97 catches. Being his rookie season, he was sure to grab attention of the ISFL which did happen and he was drafted into the league the following draft. With the stats he accumulated, in the end he would find himself on top for total catches, second in total yards, and top 6 in Touchdowns. Minnesota would reach the playoffs but fall short of the ultimate goal of a championship in his rookie season. He continued to work to be better as this entire season he had no personal statistics upgraded until after the season was over. Only time will tell how truly great this players career would turn out to be in the DSFL and now the ISFL

Season 39 (DSFL)

Down year, we don't talk about it much...

Season 40 (DSFL)

A great and positive season for Branden Rojas as he beat his personal record in touchdowns scored as well as average yards per reception. With the stats accumulated throughout the season, Branden yet again found himself among the top ranks on the leaderboards for wide receivers, falling just shy of the top 5. At the end of the season Branden found himself with a spot on the DSFL pro Bowl roster as a wide receiver, although he was one of three included in a three way tie for the final spot. The Minnesota Greyducks themselves did not have quite the success they'd hoped for as they were eliminated early on in the playoffs. Refusing to let the lack of another championship set him back, Branden went straight into “bounce back” mode, knowing there is much more in store. He continues to look into the future with an ISFL career sure to be starting up soon.
