Mason Brown joined the DSFL midway through 2021 (S6), he was a waiver wire pick up for the Portland Pythons. They were able to make the playoffs in 2021 (S6) but were eliminated by the Kansas City Coyotes in the first round. He was voted into the DSFL Pro Bowl in (2021 )

He lead the league in tackles with 130. He was voted Linebacker of the Year, Breakout Player of the Year, and was voted into the 2024 ISFL Pro Bowl (S9).
