Since January 2016, the winner of the American Simulation Football Conference (ASFC) Championship Game has faced the winner of the National Simulation Football Conference (NSFC) Championship Game in the culmination of the NSFL playoffs.

The ASFC leads in Ultimus Bowl wins with 7, while the NSFC has won 3. Six franchises have won the Ultimus Bowl.
