Jordan Andrews (born January 1, 2008) is an American football cornerback for the Sarasota Sailfish of the National Simulation Football League (NSFL). He is in his 6th year and played college football for University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Andrews was drafted in the 1st round 3rd overall by the New Orleans SecondLine in 2032 (S17) and won the Ultimus as a SecondLine in S21.

Early years

Jordan Andrews is 1 minute older than his twin brother, Derrick Andrews and both was born and raised in Los Angeles CA to parents Lisa Cage Andrews and Jahbari Kendricks Andrews, first generation from Kingston, Jamaica. His father was the leading rusher for the Cavaliers football team when he was in high school and his sons quickly picked up the sport as they aged. His father ended up breaking his right knee so severely it costed him his career. Jordan had the passion for the sport at the early age of 3 and would sleep with his football. At 5 years old, Jordan and his brother was enrolled to a pop warner team located in their home city Northridge, CA where they went on to dominant every child on the field for the next 5 years. At 10 the twins began to find their true position as Jordan had the feet work, the vision, the hands and all the tangibles needed to play the cornerback position. He went on to lead the city section in interceptions and interception return TDs in 3 of the 5 seasons he played on the 10-15 year old league. Andrews quickly becomes a hometown sensation as he prepares to attend high school as a freshman and no doubt he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. Jordan Andrews is the #1 corner for the Cavaliers varsity team all four years and racks up awards after awards in the process. Jordan is his schools all time leader in INTs 33, return TDs 9 and all California defensive player of the year all 4 years. Never winning a state championship always left a sour taste in his mouth and was determined to make it happen wherever he choose to play college ball. A few D2 and D3 offers after his freshman year and tons of visits from power conference schools. Things really heated up his junior year when the success was so great on the field, Jordan began to become a household fan favorite name all over the San Fernando Valley. Jordan narrowed down his finalists to USC, UCLA, Arizona, Arizona St, Georgia and Florida and the end of his senior year.

College career

As signing day approaches, Jordan with his twin Derrick, his cousin Desmond, his parents and tons of other family held a BBQ to announce where he will be playing in the fall. Andrews ultimately decides on UCLA or USC in the finals as he said it was a hard but right decision. Coming in his freshman year at UCLA, he was primarily used in nickel coverage seeing playing time in 8 games and recording 33 tackles, 2 INTs and 13 PD. The following year he is bumped up the depth chart with the starting CB graduating and did not disappoint apprearing in 13 games with 67 tackles, 5 INTs and 25 PD as he begins to cement himself as one of the best CBs in the NCAA. Junior year is when Jordan wins the top defensive back of the year award tallying 11 INTs, 89 tackles and 22 PD enroute to a National Championship and comes up 2nd senior year in voting for the award.
