Ezra Azazel (born October 11, 2033) is an American football cornerback who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for Louisville (UofL) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Ezra Azazel was a young boy born in Austin, Texas. Where he lived the majority of his life before his father who was a historic player at the University of Louisville. Ezra had always grown up wanting to be like his father so since he was young he had began playing with the local teams. When he played, he was one of the faster kids and was often on the defensive end of things but wanted to play on the same side of the ball as his old man. He worked to lose weight and make it so that he can be on the offensive side of the ball where he took up the position of Running Back like his father. Ezra played a bit different from his father though, Ezra did not have the natural quickness that his father did but Ezra was a bit more physical and was able to catch pretty well. He developed into a receiving back in HS where he was able to break a state record for recieving yards as a Running Back.

College career

Upon finishing his HS career, out of the gate Ezra did not receive many offers but he wanted to play for his dad's old team. University of Kentucky which had offered him nothing and he was very disappointed about it. However the University of Louisville reached out to him and he jumped at the offer to go up against his father's past team every year but they offered for him to be a RB. Which he happily took as he had just wanted to play football at this point. Ezra ended up going to the University of Louisville where he majored in sports admin and would play RB. He did not garner a starting spot till his sophomore year when one of the two lead backs went down with an injury. He put up great numbers going out of the field with his impressive hands and also got the ground game going several times. However he did not earn the sole spot till his senior season where he would start all of the games. Leading the ACC among RB in rushing touchdowns receiving yards. He also broke records for the school in rushing touchdowns.

Switching Positions

Ezra Azazel had decided on being a running back all his life, but things changed drastically after joining the DSFL. They were going just fine for him, but he felt like he was missing something in the game. What you could call a spark is what he had said. This is when Ezra approached Tijuana Co-GMs Jason and PBS asking them how they would feel about him switching positions. Both GMs were receptive about the change and wanted Azazel to do what was best for his future and they did not want to hold him back at all. Azazel waited a bit to jump the gun because he did not want to leave his team in a tough spot. After a couple weeks he had made the switch to be a cornerback which sparked his ISFL career with teams reaching out early on hoping to get a shot at this player.

GM History

After season 41, we saw the step down of two wonderful GMs that had led Tijuana for quite some time. Jason and PBS were legends and had decided they would pass the legend on to the next generation. Ezra Azazel and Dub Redd then took over. Immediately they had a wonderful draft again securing the future 1OA of the ISFL draft, Dino Nuggets which leads Tijuana to having back to back 1OA picks for the ISFL. The Luchadores had a great season under the two new GMs and truly flourished in the first half. In the second half things got rocky but nonetheless Tijuana secured a playoff spot. A new term was coined as well which was called DJuana for one of the best DSFL defenses we had seen in a long time. There were so many great pieces on this Tijuana team that allowed them to succeed. Eventually in the playoffs the Luchadores match up against the Buccaneers and secure a win in what was a slow game. In the championship against the Coyotes though, things were looking great large lead, five minutes left. Then the impossible happened, the Coyotes tied it up and forced OT. The game would end up going into double OT with the Luchadores winning on a game winning FG securing their tenth championship.
