Davriel Lavigne (born March 26, 2017) is an American football Safety who is currently playing for the Portland Pythons and is user Raven's current player. He played college football for Colorado State University and declared his intention to enter the professional ranks in 2039 through the DSFL draft.

Early years

Davriel Lavigne was born in Miragoane, Haiti to his mother Caroline Lavigne and his father Samuel Lavigne. Caroline was a volunteer for the red cross in Haiti where she met Samuel, who worked as a pastor in Mirgoane. They married and had Davriel and three younger siblings. When Davriel was 8 year olds, his family moved to Monroe, Louisiana. Growing up in a foreign country his parents decided to integrate him into the american style as quickly as posible. They decded to sign him up for american football. He started out as a wide receiver, before moving to safety after his coach tried him out at the position a couple of times. After middle school Lavigne would end up attending Neville High School and became the starting Free Safety of the team. Early on scouts noted his excellent play as a safety and saw potential in him to become a NSFL level safety.

College career

Davriel Lavigne would receive a ton of athlete scholarschips for school all over the country. After visiting programs like, LSU, Alabama and Penn State, Lavigne ended up choosing to play for the Colorado State University Rams and would attend Colorado State University.

Freshman Season

Coming into his Freshman college year, Lavigne practised along with the football team. As a touted prospect expectations were high. However a few training sessions in it became clear that Lavigne was not yet ready to partake in the college level games that were being played and was redshirted. Lavigne would keep on practising with the squad, but being redshirted had gotten Lavigne a bit unmotivated. While expecting to have to fight for his place on the team, he had also expected to be able to make it in his freshman year. Tragity struck upon Lavigne in February of his freshman year when during practise he tore his acl and was out for 7 months with this injury. During this time Lavigne realised that he only has one chance to prove himself and make a living out of what he loves doing and decided that once his injury was over he would get back to bringing 100% to his football practise in hopes of one day making the NSFL.

Sophomore Season

Lavigne missed out on the first half of the season with his injury, slowly recovering and getting back into the training regime. Week 7 marked Lavignes debut into college football as a starter and would instantly make an impact. In his first game he would record 9 tackles, 3 defelected passes an interception and leaving quite a mark in this game. The Rams would end up winning the game 35-13 over Fresno state.

Finishing the season 7-5, means they failed to make a bowl appearance, but Lavigne was determined to come back the following season and become a stalwart on the defense for the Rams.

Junior Season

In Lavigne's first ever full season for the Rams, his preasence was known amongst the league. With 83 tackles, 5 sacks for 22 yards, 11 pass defelections and 4 interceptions for 30 yards. The Rams would end up going 10-2 and would play in the Egg Man Memorial Bowl game against Air Foce. Winning the game in a nail biter 28-26 game, Lavigne would record 5 tackle, a sack and a pass deflection.

Senior Season

Half way through his senior season, Lavigne announced his intentions to join the DSFL off waivers and with that forging his path to the NSFL draft and the NSFL itself. The Rams has a 6-0 record at this point in time and Davriel promised a bowl win and a national championship. Colorado would continue to reach a 11-1 record and finished 3rd in the top 25 list. They placed for The Corn Incident of 2021 memorial game against Clemson. The Rams would go down early, before a massive comeback victory. Winning with a 42-30 win after being down 14-20 at half time. This win would put them into the 2nd place ranking and with that a national championship game against LSU. Despite a 8 tackle, 2 sack, 1 interception game the Rams would see themself lose the game 27-34.
