Yellowknife Wraiths

Alexandre LeClair was drafted with the 62nd pick in the inaugural NSFL draft by the Yellowknife Wraiths. His impact would be felt immediately on both offense and special teams as he was 9th in the league in receiving yards with 754 and 4th in kick return yards with 586. This production would earn him a Pro Bowl selection and help propel the Wraiths to a 8-6 record. However, they would ultimately lose in the NSFC championship game against the Colorado Yeti by a score of 6-13.

Las Vegas Legion

Prior to the start of the 2017 season, LeClair was traded to a new league expansion team, the Las Vegas Legion. In this new environment, he was unable to replicate the success he had found the previous year in Yellowknife and fell out of the top ten for all receiving statistics. The Legion would win only 3 games over the course of the season and miss the playoffs.

LeClair would bounce back in 2018, coming in 6th in the league in both receptions (71) and receiving yards (1168) as well as 8th in receiving touchdowns (8.) His play on the field led to his second Pro Bowl nod. However, this individual success did little to help the flailing Legion who won just two games the entire season.

2019 would be another down year for LeClair, who managed to be 9th in the league in receiving touchdowns with 6 but outside of the top ten in all other reviving statistics. The Legion would again disappoint, winning three games and missing their third straight opportunity to make the playoffs. Despite his relative struggles on offense, LeClair would perform admirably as a kick returner, coming in second in the league with 1,060 yards.

Baltimore Hawks

Before the the start of the 2020 season, LeClair would be traded to the Baltimore Hawks. This would mark the beginning of the best stretch of football in his career. In his first year in Baltimore, LeClair would set his career high in receiving yards with 1,577 to go along with 11 touchdowns and a Pro Bowl berth.
