Oandon Lolanin (born July 11, 2040) is an American football offensive lineman who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for University of Western Ontario (UWO) before being drafted by the New York Silverbacks in the 2064 ISFL Draft (S49).

Early years

Oandon was born in Ogre, Latvia as an absolute Ogre of a child. He was found at an early age by Landon Wolanin via the scouts for his sport's academy. Players like youngsters Jillian Woods and Olivija Agate, The speedy twins Fandon Solanin and Wandon Rolanin, big stock monster Candon PoFanin, slick quarterback Quandon Bolanin, long ball sniper Sangon SoFanin and his protege Maksims Seleckis all derive from the same camp, and all have the same mentality as their headmaster. Scouting starts early, with freaks from around the world being identified before they even begin to walk. The Academy has been out of the Football sphere for a few years now, and it's time to come back with a big presence, with the intelligent, witty play that all of the successful graduates are known for. Oandon was identified to be an athletic blocker, able to compete with the quicker of the defenders, while having the strength to overwhelm them completely. He was eating constantly, helping his dad at construction sites heaving all sorts of heavy objects, and getting great grades at school. Colleges across Latvia and other countries in Europe, some with pretty prestigious offers, but Football is a North American sport, and Lolanin chose to commit to a Canadian school, with the hopes of garnering some attention of ISFL teams.

College career

Canadian College football is not by any means American College football. The draw of the crowds, the cult following, the prestige and dominance of the level of play as a pipeline to professional and Hall of Fame careers is overall far greater than that of the Canadians, but Oandon refused to follow the traditional path. What he needs to be is the player that is second-guessed, that the run of the mill teams would overlook. He needed to be a shrewd steal of a pick by a team that would utilise his unique style to dominate opposing defenses and allow their quarterback the freedom to dish the football. And so he did, with Western being a top school in Canada for football, and a regular in the national finals, Oandon would get great starting minutes, work his way up to North American play, body some unsuspecting shrimps, and earn himself some athletic and academic awards in the process.
