DSFL Season 16 (also referred to as the 2031 DSFL season) began on 28 September, 2031. The season concluded with Ultimini XIV on 25 January, 2032, where the Tijuana Luchadores were crowned DSFL champions after defeating the Portland Pythons by a score of 28-14.

The 2031 DSFL Draft was held on 13 April, 2031. The San Antonio Marshals selected Running back Ashley Owens with the first overall pick.
