ISFL season 6 (also referred to as the 2021 NSFL season) began on 26 September, 2021. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl VI on 23 January, 2022, where the Orange County Otters were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Philadelphia Liberty by a score of 17-23.

The league year began in March of 2021, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2020 ISFL season.
