DSFL Season 4 (also referred to as the 2019 DSFL season) began on 29 September, 2019. The season concluded with Ultimini II on 26 January, 2020, where the Portland Pythons were crowned DSFL champions after defeating the San Antonio Marshals by a score of 24-17.

The 2019 DSFL Draft was held on 14 April, 2019. The Norfolk Seawolves selected Quarterback Wolverine Justice with the first overall pick.
