Early years
Mega Tron was born in Atlanta, Georgia on July 6th, 2033 to Arica Tron an Atlanta native who became a successful attorney at the law firm Benjamin, Greene, & Ellis in Atlanta, Georgia, and Joe Tron, a high school history teacher and head coach of Sandy Creek football team. As the oldest of three children, Mega felt at a young age the need to be a high achiever like his mom. Once in high school, his dad, Joe, instilled in him a hard work ethic and a passion for the Wide Reciever position. Over the next four years, Mega was developed by his father into a premier recruit that caught the attention of every blue-blood college football program in the country. After much deliberation with his family, Mega chose to attend the nearby University of Georgia Tech, fulfilling a childhood dream of playing for the Hornets.
College career
As a true freshman, Mega was expected to ride the bench and learn the ins and outs of Division 1 football from the Yellow Jackets’ upperclassmen, but Mega had a different plan. Through hard work, both on the practice field during Summer training camp and in the facility doing film study, Mega would not be denied a starting position on the Georgia Tech offense. This turned out to be a very smart decision by the coaching staff as Mega starred on the field, catching 18 of the 25 targets towards him and had a total of 600 yards. Mega built upon his successful frosh campaign by upping his totals to 27/30 for 800 yards, earning him 1st team All Conference. As a junior, Mega again led the conference in receptions and total yards and could have made big bucks declaring for the NFL draft. However, Mega insisted on staying for his senior year in order to complete his degree, something he had always wanted in order to honor his mother, who always impressed on him that education was to be first and foremost in their lives. It was fortuitous that Mega stayed, as the one thing that eluded him the previous 3 seasons finally came to fruition, a National Title win with his childhood team.
