ISFL season 10 (also referred to as the 2025 NSFL season) began on 28 September, 2025. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl X on 25 January, 2026, where the Baltimore Hawks were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the New Orleans Second Line by a score of 23-29.

Player movements

The league year began in March of 2025, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2024 ISFL season.

Draft

The 2025 ISFL Draft was held on 13 April, 2025. The San Jose Sabercats selected Fullback D'Pez Poopsie with the first overall pick.

Preseason
