Converts season number to an actual year when linking to a team season page, but displays only the team's short name

Use as follows: {{TeamYearNick|Team abbreviation|Season number}}

For example, {{TeamYearNick|BAL|2}} will return Hawks You can also use {{tyn|BAL|2}} to get the same result.
