Tan Johnson (born November 1, 2000) is an American football wide receiver for the Undrafted of the National Simulation Football League (NSFL).

Early years

Tan Johnson attended James Clemsen Highschool, Alabama. During Johnson's freshman, he listed as the #2 WR where he was able to put 45 catches for 678 yards and 7 TDs. Sophmore season, Johnson rised up in depth chart and became the #1 WR,in which produced 97 catches for 1005 yards and 15 TD. Junior year, Johnson finished the season with 65 catches for 787 yards and 6 TD. During Johnson's senior year, he was able to help his team win the state championship with 112 catches for 1875 yards and 18 TDs. Throughout his highschool year, he starting receiving regonition for having the best hands. His coaches and teammates gave him a nickname known as, "Hands of Glue." He was heavily recruited by many colleges like LSU, Clemson, Alabama, and etc. He's ranked in the top 50s of best WR in the country. On January 5th, 2018, Tan Johnson committed to play at the University of Alabama.

College career

As a true freshman in 2018, Tan Johnson rarely started, but was able to make an impact with 20 catches for 430 yards and 2 touchdowns. During Tan Johnson's sophmore year, Johnson tore ACL during spring training, which sidelined him for the season. Junior year was the year Tan Johnson broke out, Johnson had 78 catches for 1586 yards and 12 touchdowns. Johnson was also the punt returner for year due to multiple injuries to the team. He finished with 43 returns for 877 yards and 6 TD. He was the offensive focal point for Alabama that season. He was the first player in Alabama history to have back to back games with 10+ reception or more since 1978. Johnson had 5 100+ yards against ranked seed teams this season. Johnson had a career reception, yards and touchdowns against LSU, which was 22 catches for 292 yards and 3 TD. Tan Johnson will declare for the upcoming draft.
