Meguru Bachira (born August 8, 2041) is an American football safety who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for Blue Lock American Football Academy and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Meguru Bachira was born on August 8, 2041, in Chiba in Kyoto Prefecture. Growing up, he had always seemed distant from other children, as he was very focused on becoming the best he could be at soccer. During his childhood, he was actively bullied because of his eccentric personality and exceptional skill in football, which made him terrified of being alone. This led to him creating an imaginary friend, which he called his "monster" to help him practice and improve. This 'monster' would help Bachira become a top tier striker in Japan, eventually leading to an egoist style of dribbling football. This egoism would lead to rifts between him and his teammates at Namikaze high, as Bachira would look to score himself rather than pass to teammates. He would lament having teammates who didn't seem to share the same passion he had for football, and hoped to one day find a group of athletes who shared his passion.

College career

For Bachira, this egotistic style of football would be the end of one era, and an introduction to the next. His style would lead to him recieving an invitation to Blue Lock, an academy specifically designed to create a world-class striker on the level of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, or Noel Noa. Bachira would evolve quite a few times at Blue Lock, eventually getting to take on the World Five, a team of five of the best strikers in the World, and moved on to the third stage of selection in Blue Lock. Unfortunately, Bachira was growing tired of football. He had gotten past his trauma of being left alone, and put the 'monster' behind him. However, his innovation that the monster brought him had slowed down. This led to Bachira becoming disillusioned with football as a sport, and so he looked to a similar, yet different sport in order to reignite his spark for competition: American Football. After informing Blue Lock he wished to leave the program, he was offered to join the new branch of the program, one focused on American Football. Japan's athletics leaders wanted someone with Bachira's skill to continue to compete, and so offering this avenue would keep Bachira in the folds of Blue Lock should he want to return if Blue Lock went through another round of selections. Bachira enrolled at Blue Lock American Football Academy, and would quickly find his innovation and spark for competition in the back of the defense as a safety. Taking inspiration from Isagi Yoichi's ability to see the field at a high level, Bachira quickly learned how to play from the back and make sure that his defense was always top of the Neo American Football League which emerged at Blue Lock. After graduating from the Academy as the top safety, he looked outside of Japan to find his next competition. Due to the lack of a proper and high-level American football league in Japan, Bachira set his sights on the ISFL, inspired by the recently relocated Osaka Kaiju. He will enter into the DSFL Draft this upcoming season and hope to ascend as quickly as he did at Blue Lock.
