White Goodman (born January 1, 2015) is an American football runningback for the Tijuana Luchadores of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL). He played college football for University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

White's early life was always tough. He was raised by nannies as his powerful talent agent parents ran the LA network television scene. This revolving door of nannies let White do whatever he wanted, say whatever he wanted, but most importantly eat whatever he wanted. When he started High School, young White was over 500 lbs while only standing 5'3". This was the point where his parents, disgusted with the monster that their negligence had created, sent White away for two and a half years to lose the weight and become the man they expected him to be. White arrived back in Altadena a changed man. He had lost just over 300 lbs, but the real surprise was the extremely good shape he was now in. When August came around, White decided to play football, as he sought the admiration of his peers, as his parents still didn't have time for him at home. That year White lit up the Southern California high school football circuit and had the nation's premiere programs chasing after his commitment. At this point White had surrounded himself with the beautiful people and luxurious items that a spoiled LA teen is accustomed to being around. What he feared most of all was losing what he had built for himself, this factored heavily into his decision to stay at home and play in the Rose Bowl with the UCLA Bruins. This way White didn't have to go somewhere else and start again, he had found his comfort zone and was reluctant to leave it. The stars, the women, the glitz, the glamour, had all taken a strong hold over White and he became the kind of detestable person that one who loses themselves in that life can become. Selfish, arrogant, unaware, and nonchalant. However, he never quit working on himself and becoming the best running back in the history of football.

College career

After enrolling in UCLA, White was immediately a big man on campus, even if his coach didn't see that yet. In spring practice during White's true freshman year, his head coach called him "One of the dumbest people I've ever met". However, the coach also qualified that statement with "At least he's rich and can play football". During the first few games of his career it was clear that White didn't have the trust of the coaching staff yet. After two games he had only 14 carries and 3 receptions. That would change the next week when White broke out for 185 rushing yards, a rushing TD, and a 35 yard receiving TD against CFB powerhouse Penn State. The rest of the season went by like a blur. White had become the star of the team and was ripping his way through the competition as he led UCLA to a 10-2 season and a birth in the conference championship game. During that week, a teammate gave an interview where he mentioned White's strange habit of sniffing junk food while undergoing electroshock therapy on his nipples. White's parents showed up at the school and demanded the player was cut from the team. When you have that kind of power around town, people listen. The player was suspended for the remainder of the season and granted an unconditional transfer to any school in the nation. White led the Bruins to the conference championship that year with 2 more TDs against Washington. The Bruins would lose in the Rose Bowl against the same Penn State team they'd beaten that season after a late interception cost them while in the red zone.

White's sophomore year went just about how everyone expected. White put up ridiculous numbers and led the Bruins to a perfect 13-0 record, winning the Heisman, Maxwell, and Walker awards. However, controversy struck yet again as during his Heisman speech, White announced that he would be sitting out the college football playoffs and sign with the DSFL's Tijuana Luchadores for the final four weeks of their season. This decision baffled many and left the UCLA faithful absolutely heartbroken as they watched the Bruins get demolished by Tennessee in the semifinals without White. Even more puzzling was that White chose to join a team with almost no playoff prospects and media outlets were speculating that White was more interested in spending time in Cabo San Lucas than he was in playing for the Luchadores. A puzzling end to a sparkling college career.
