Vladimir Fyodorovich the "Siberian Swatter" (born February 17, 1998) is a American football Cornerback for the New Orleans Second Line of the National Simulation Football League (NSFL). He played college football for Villanova before entering the professional ranks in 2022.

Early years

Vladimir Fyodorovich was born in Yakutsk in the cold Siberia. Like many out there he didn't have the easiest childhood but always had a knack for team games, and while hockey was the most popular sport out there he loved playing on the grass fields. So it happened that he attended unfamous Yakutsk School Number 16, but took this as an opportunity and learned both Korean and English with his time there also being able to master taekwondo.

As many Russians, he had a family in the States and when the opportunity showed up he immediately took it and enrolled at Villanova.

College career

Fyodorovich wasn't a perfect example of a college kid and had a huge problem adapting to the new scenery. Even though he was superbly agile and swift it took a long time before football coach took a shot at him.

As a true freshman and sophomore, he was only sitting on the bench. Game of football was still new to him and that time was needed for him to grasp even the basics. In his junior, he finally made his debut, but it was long after the season was already over for Villanova in the last game at the Cornerback position. He swore that his junior is going to be different and spent his whole free time learning the intricate details of playing as a defensive back. Then when his time was finally supposed to happen in the third game of the college season he tore his ACL, ending his hopes at least for that year. Even though his career was short lived he never benefited immensely from being in the system.

Season 6

After his gruesome injury and painful rehab Vladimir Fyodorovich decided to join the ranks of National Simulation Football League in 2021 (S6) via DSFL waivers. Many teams showed his interest in rather unknown before player hoping to unleash his potential. The one lucky team that was able to claim him thanks to the draft waivers order was Marshals. They went on a title run, also with big contributions from their newly acquired cornerback, who earned along the way his nickname - "Siberian Swatter".

Season 7

Being top prospect, against usual expectations of the waiver pickup, many anticipated that Fyodorovich will be quick off the board in the 2022 (S7) draft and so it happened when back then 3-time champions Orange County Otters drafted him with the 3rd Overall Pick.

His rookie seasons was decent even though he played mostly out of position as Nickelback and was able to reach the Ultimus for the first time, falling ultimately short to the Philadelphia Liberty.

Season 8

Before 2023 (S8) season started he was traded[1] to the NOLA alongside the OCO S8 1st Round for Safety Jaylon Broxton. While this move was hugely anticipated it surprised Russian Cornerback and left a sour taste in his mouth.

In his sophomore campaign, he was finally able to get his first interception in the 13th game of the season against San Jose Sabercats. Once again won with his team the ASFC, beating his former team, but this time in the Ultimus game losing to the Yellowknife Wraiths.
