Converts season number to an actual year when linking to a team season page

Use as follows: {{TeamYearMid|Team abbreviation|Season number}}

For example, {{TeamYearMid|BAL|2}} will return 2017 Hawks You can also use {{tym|BAL|2}} to get the same result.
