Pitter Patter (born January 7, 2037) is an American football wide receiver who is playing for the Berlin Fire Salamanders. He played college football for Laurentian University (LUL) and declared his intent to enter the professional ranks in 2059. He was drafted by the Tijuana Luchadfores in the 2059 DSFL draft and his rights were acquired by Berlin in the 2060 ISFL draft. After playing 3 seasons with the Luchadores his development was deemed enough to be called up into the ISFL.

Early years

Pitter Patter was born in the town of the Sudbury in Ontario in Canada. Not a lot of people make it out of there by playing Football. Even the football players themselves would more often than not find themselves in the CFL and not in the ISFL, so Pitter Patter is somewhat of a special player. Like most of the kids in Ontario he started his youth playing ice hockey and not football. After a while he even played with the Bulldogs and shared the locker room with amazing players like Shore (also known as Shoresy), Sanguinet, JJ Frankie JJ and the Jims (the Jims are absolute beauties aren't they?). But after they said they will never loose again and turned out to actually lose again he decided he is made for bigger things and maybe a different sport alltogether. He thought about declaring for the SHL draft but decided against it and recalled his youth days of playing catch with his friends in high school. Plus he was really good at catching pucks and a football is bigger and grass is usually way less slippery than ice so maybe he could try some football.

College career

He went back to college after dropping out early for hockey playtime and was made a Wide Receiver in the Laurentian University team. After 2 seasons of eligibility he decided that is it and declared for the DSFL draft to make a name for himself and his town in the big world of dot football. People said former hockey players have no place in there, but he would show them what people from Sudbury are made of. And catch the most balls any Canadian has ever caught in the ISFL so far. Even though that's quite the achievement and he was way too lazy to actually look up the statistics that is still his goal and he will do everything to achieve it.

DSFL career

Pitter Patter was drafted by the Tijuana Luchadores in the S44 DSFL Draft.

S44 DSFL Season

Pitter Patter started immediately in training camp providing needed Wide Receiver plays together with his draftmate Andre Benn. Together they would form the dynamic duo for the whole season and elevate the deep threat of the Luchadores to new heights. Throughout the season they switched who would dominate the game and would help - together with the rest of the team and a great defense - the "Luchas" to an amazing 11-3 record and dominant first place in the South Division. In the first round of the playoffs against the Birddogs Patter caught 5 passes for 44 yards and a touchdown in the 24-21 win while in the successful Ultimini he went for 53 yards on 4 receptions and another touchdown in a dominant 37-20 win against the Portland Pythongs ultimately taking home the Ultimini. He was then drafted in the second round of the S45 ISFL Draft to the Berlin Fire Salamanders and it was decided he would stay in the DSFL to develop at least another year.

S45 DSFL Season

In his sophomore year with the Tijuana Luchadores Pitter Patter continued to enhance his game and put up big stats for the team on their way to back to back Ultimini titles. Finishing the season third in league receiving yards and second in Receiving Touchdowns he made a case for himself to be one of the most reliable Wide Receivers in the league. Part of the dynamic receiving duo with Benn they both worked off of each other and made sure to make it another successful campaign in one of the more dominant DSFL teams only losing one game of the season. In one of his most dominant games of the season in Week 2 against the Norfolk Seawolves Patter caught 7 out of 7 passes for 207 yards with a jaw-dropping average of 29.6 yards for 2 touchdowns. The longest reception of the day was a 87 yarder in a 48 to 21 win on the road. In the Ultimini against Kansas City together with Benn he accounted for 3/5 touchdowns and had a quieter but still all around great game.

S46 DSFL Season

In his third season with the Tijuana Luchadores Pitter Patter and the rest of the team had one goal: the three-peat. After two successful seasons the dynamic Wide Receiver duo of Benn and Patter continued their dominance. Patter upped his game once again catching more touchdowns, more passes and racking up more total yards than in the two seasons before, setting his own records for all of those three. His most dominant game of the season came in the Week 10 matchup against the Portland Pythons. The team was coming off a two-game losing streak and bounced back hard in a 42-16 win on the road where Patter caught 7 passes on 10 targets for 130 yards and 3 touchdowns with an average of 18.6 yards. Generally throughout the season Benn and Patter split receptions quite evenly for a good record that sadly did not culminate in an Ultimini win after losing to the future winner Dallas in the semi-finals.
