The ASFC Championship Game is the annual American football game that determines the champion of the American Simulation Football Conference (ASFC). The contest is held in the city of the home team, which is determined by the Regular Season Record. The top team in ASFC receives the home-field advantage.

One team have won the most ASFC Championship Games with five championships, the team with most - 14 - ASFC appearances - Orange County Otters (5-8), they also have the record for consecutive appearances with 13 from 2016 to 2027 as they are yet to miss the playoffs. The unbeaten in the championship game New Orleans Second Line (4–0) won four championships and The Arizona Outlaws (3–4) sits at third with 3 wins and the San Jose Sabercats (0–2) have two ASFC Championship appearances. Both Orange County (from 2019 to 2022) and New Orleans Second Line (from 2023 to 2026) hold the record with 4 consecutive championships. Two teams have won four consecutive ASFC Championship Games in a row.
