Leonard Taylor LT2 (born August 7, 2018) was an American football linebacker. He played college football for Ohio State University (OSU).

Early years

Son of Hall of Fame Linebacker Lawrence Taylor, Leonard looks to carve out his own legacy in the ISFL. He would watch all of LT's game, and even follow his father to a lot of his away games. He yearned to play football from a young age. He won the Youth Pass, Punt, Kick for Under 13 and quickly took a liking to the sport. In High School Leonard played football and track to stay in shape and work on his speed in the offseason. Attending his fathers alma mater, Leonard broke nearly all of LT's records enroute to a state championship his senior year. He set the Virgina state records for most tackles in a game with 31. After pouring over countless offers, Leonard decided to play football in the Big Ten and attend THE Ohio State University.

College career

As a freshman Leonard made an immediate impact on the field. He made the NCAA Freshman Team and was a finalist for the Butkus Award. His sophmore year he led the top ranked Buckeye defense to a National Championship and acquired the Butkus Award for best linebacker in the nation. He was the only defensive player invited to the Heisman Trophy ceremony, but finished 3rd. Taylor was all a unanimous All NCAA 1st team player. An early injury in the second game of his Junior season saw him sit out the rest of the year to prepare for the Draft. Leonard was rehabbing his high ankle sprain but appeared to take a coaching role on the sidelines. At the combine LT2 put on a show and had one of the all-time best combine's for a lineback in the history of the combine. Electing to enter the DSFL he entered early into waivers.
